Whatsapp application for iPhone – Why I do not receive any Push Notifications?
There are many reason that you may not receive Push notifications from Whatsapp application, but there are certain steps you can do and most likely fix this problem.
Make sure that the notifications of your iPhone are not disabled from the settings menu. Go on Settings -> Notifications -> and make sure that Whatsapp application Notifications are on for the badges, alerts and sounds. After enabling the notifications, you need to turn off your iPhone for at least 30 seconds and then turn it back on and test your Whatsapp application.
More ways to fix push notifications to Whatsapp application
If the previous solution did not fix anything, then you need to find a place with Wi-Fi and follow the next solution.
Connect a Wi-Fi and make sure that the port 5223/TCP is not blocked by the firewall of your network. Change the DNS server of your Wi-Fi network to the following ones: 188.8.131.52, 184.108.40.206. Turn off your iPhone for 30 seconds and turn it back on.

- Create a backup of your iPhone either via iTunes or iCloud (Back-up everything!)
- Erase all your data and settings from your iPhone by going to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase all Content and Settings.
- Upgrade your iPhone to the latest iOS version (If you need a jailbreak, first make sure that you can jailbreak your iPhone on the latest iOS version).
- Restore everything from the Backup you made in step 1 and then try using again Whatsapp application
