Well, iPhone Dev team has just liberated an up to date version of Redns0w – Redsn0w 0.9.10b5c to fix few bugs.
I would like to make a note that Redsn0w and Corona iOS 5.0.1 Untether jailbreak is supported with iPhone 4, iPad 1, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 4G, iPod touch 3G, and Absinthe jailbreak. The Redsn0w CLI tool JUST supports iPad 2 and iPhone 4S . Thus, this update is not meant for iPad 2 and iPhone 4S users.
Let me update you that you do not need to rerun Redsn0w if you have already jailbroken your iOS device in a prosperous manner.
